3 Kreuzer blau, Platte 1, farbfrisch und allseits breitrandig mit klarem Fingerhutstempel "ALTOETTING 24/11" (wohl 1849) und zusätzlichem Rötelkreuz auf Briefhülle nach Passau mit nebengesetztem "N:ABG:". Die Marke wurde zur Kontrolle gelöst und ist mit Falz replatziert. Ein attraktiver Brief mit der vorgeschriebenen Doppelentwertung der Frühzeit.
