1889, Surcharge on official stamps: 10 öre on 12 öre blue, imperforated proof on thin ungummed paper, large margins and nice fresh colour, very fine. The only recorded proof of this issue and a great rarity, certificate Dr. Helena Obermüller Wilen(1996)
