1840, Folded envelope from Galatz tied by black oneliner “JASSY”, red “LT” & “VIA DI VOGHERA” alongside (Linden 2941), ms. “10”, disinfected to Genova, file fold, fine

1858, folded letter from "JASSY 18.8." withadjacent  blue "A." and desinfection slits, via Krakau to Paris with tax mark "10" and arrival mark, fine

1864, folded letter from Galatz (dated 16.4.) as double rate letter with tax mark "20" (décimes) and framed "MER NOIRE" to Constantinopel with arrival mark, rare combination, only five overweight "MER NOIRE" letters recorded, certificate Wijnants A.I.E.P. (2016)

1858, 80 par. red on white paper, large to enormous margins, cancelled by M3 type "FRANCO FOLTISCHENII", leaving the design entirely free, little stained in the outer margin and tiny tear at very bottom, both not affecting the design, also original piece from which the stamp was take off to control the quality; extremely fine, the piece sign. 1862/64, 30 par. blue with large margins, tied by clear "FRANCO GALATZ" to lettersheet with adjacent "GALATZ MOLDOVA 24/12" to Bukarest with arrival mark, very fine

30 par. in horizontal pair, the left stamp slightly touched at top, otherwise clear to wide margins, tied by cds. "GIURGIU" with adjacent strike of the next day to registred envelope to Bukarest with arrival mark; seals on reverse removed and top back flap missing; on front some later notations partly removed, still fine and scarce

1866, 20 par. on thick rose paper, large margins and nice deep colour, tied by clear "GALATZ MOLDOVA 16/10" to lettersheet to Jassy, very fine, sign. Heimbüchler BPP with certificate (1999) Provenienz: "Sarah" collection (Corinphila 1999)

1868, 18 b. carmine-rose, good to mostly large margins, tied by blue "BERLAD 13 8" (1869) to lettersheet to Galatz, very fine

1869, 25 b. orange/blue with good margins, tied by cds. "BUCURESTI 17/1" (1870) to Pest, very fine

1872, 10 b. ultramarine, 2 copies on horizontally resp. vertically laid paper, unused o.g., very fine

10 b. ultramarine on vertically laid paper, good to wide margins, neatly cancelled, very fine, sign. Heimbüchler BPP

1876, Charles I. 5 b. olive-yellow, pair and single stamp, tied by blue cds. "TURNU MAGURELE 14.MAI.1879" to folded letter with blue tax mark "T" and handwritten endorsement "30" via Bucharest to Hamburg with arrival mark, cover folded and left stamp with small faults

Incoming Mail: 1872, Greece Large Hermes Head 40 l. tied by dotted numeral "1" to folded letter from "ATHEN 4.4." with framed "P.P." in red via Constantinopel to Bucharest with arrival mark and Postage Due handstamps "20 BANI" and "25 BANI" (for 45 bani total) on front, stamp with small faults, rare combinition ex Serdaroglu Collection
