A great rarity of G.R.I. issues, just 2 resp. 4 used copies of these 2 values have been reported. Surcharge on Marshall Islands: Spacing 5 mm, 2d. on 10 pfg. carmine with inverted surcharge, setting 10, position 1, fresh colour, wonderful centering, two tiny thin spots not mentioned on accompanying certificate, very fine copy of this rarity with onls 5 stamps known, certificate BPA (1990)
