8 March 1914 registered cover with boxed registration strike on front franked with 1906-08  1/2a blue x 2, 1a bright red and 2a deep green. A beautiful three color franking of the Perkins Bacon issue. It is a very late usage in 1914.

Plate Proof of the Perkins Bacon 1a in chocolate in an imperf block of 12 impressions on thin wove paper with manuscript annotation "V. Mahogany Lake (Bhopal)".
