War economy official cover reused three times, once with a pair of 1a8p carmine overprinted "ON C G S" (SG O37), next with a pair of Travancore-Cochin "HALF ANNA" on 1chukram green overprinted "SERVICE" (SG O11) and then used with three single copies of Travancore-Cochin "ONE ANNA" on 2 chukram orange overprinted "SERVICE" (SG O12b) + strip of three of Cochin 2 annas black overprinted "ON C G S" with error on 3rd stamp "C" instead of "G".

1897-1900 ½p to 2a set of six each in complete sheets of ten. The 2a with the positional error, top right corner ornament transposed with one from the top of the frame. Complete sheets of Dhar are extremely rare. Catalogue value as singles £850+
