Upon arrival, the letter was undeliverable and could not be delivered despite notice, with two-line "ADVS 1 Cts" set alongside, so after a little over a year the letter was returned the same way with interegral cds. "N. YORK U.S. Pkt. 22 FEB 13" struck alongside. Later opened for sender identification and closed with vignette "COMMISION FOR RETOUR LETTERS". The consignee was ultimately charged "33" x, opened out for display and same faults as to be expected, a very scarce and attractive entire
