1862/1970 (ca.), used collection with stamps and apprx. 147 covers, neatly arranged on album pages in six binders, showing commercially used/uprated stationeries, airmail incl. 1st fligths, registered, censored and express mail, insufficiently paid letters, loose stamps with marginal imprints, various postmarks, etc., few items slight faults, overall fine and attractive.
1970/2003, MNH collection in four stockbooks (a few are c.t.o.), well collected throughout.

1921/77, specialized assembly of over seventy (70) covers and cards, various rates and destinations, multiple frankings, airmail and printed matter rates, good range of departure postmarks such as cds "KUMBA", MAMFE", BATIBO", BUEA", TIKO", MUYUKA, "CAMEROONS UNDER BRITISH MANDATE", etc., some parcel postal receipts from the 1930s, also over a hundred used stamps, condition varies, overall fine to very fine (ex Mi.-Nr. 13/78)
1908/10, correspondence with nearly 60 picture postcards from all over the world to Sapele with mostly arrival postmarks on the front, including mail from Bavaria, Brazil, USA, France, German Empire, Austria, Hungary, Denmark, Italy and Great Britain partly with forwarding to Warri with arrival postmarks, mostly franked on the picture side.
1947/1949, "PAKISTAN" overprints on India, sophisticated collection of used stamps and especially apprx. 65 commercial covers/commercially used stationeries, incl. uprated pieces, multiples, handstamps, officials, insufficiently paid mail to foreign destination, etc.
1948/2011, mint, in the beginning somewhat unused and used collection, from 1960 in the main numbers mint never hinged to a very large extent cpl.
1903/70 (ca), collection of over a hundred used stamps, also some souvenir sheets and a few covers, neatly mounted and mostly written up on album pages, starting with British Protectorate 1903 First Issue, overall condition is mostly very fine
1903, Overprints on India, lot of six stamps mainly showing particularities of overprint: SG 3 used, 5b used, 25 with one inverted year date figure used, 30 with "Thin I" and "Large L" mint, O6 with "Broken S in BRITISH" and O6 with distinctive "Dropped E" mint. All signed Dr.Knopke.
1903, Overprints on India, collection of apprx. 70 mainly used stamps, comprising e.g. SG 22/24, some are signed Dr.Knopke.
1904, Overprints on India, lot of three items: SG 24 used on piece with clear strike of field post c.d.s. "BASE OFFICE 1 SEP 4" (slight faults); SG 19+20 on registered cover to Holland; SG 26/30 on registered cover to Germany.
1852/1910 (ca.), 2-volume collection, starting with some Cape triangles including a block of four 4 d., then mainly postal history collected with about 170 letters (many 1860s and 1870s) and postal stationary, besides registered mail, much foreign mail with some unusual destinations, railway mail, some picture postcards, etc. A nice and interesting object.
1853/64 (ca.), group with over 30 Cape triangles in mostly very good condition, practically all with full to wide margins; including the intaglio prints in the main numbers overcomplete with also better colours, plus 3 woodblocks (repaired, but optically good).
1853/64, 1d. (7), 4d. (11) and 1s. (2), small group of twenty stamps used or unused without gum from the Perkins Bacon or De La Rue printings, some signed Dr Knopke or with Holcombe and Brandon certificates; poor to fine condition, with some faults
1853/64, Cape Triangulars, specialized unused and used collection, good range of shades throughout, better items such as One Shilling green (5), also 4d. blue, pair tied by triangular barred cancel to folded entire to Paarl, reverse red postmark "WELLINGTON NO 24 1855", and 4d. blue tied by triangular barred cancel to an envelope with "GRADOCK 1855" oval datestamp alongside, some minor faults. Usual defects for those delicate issues, overall condition is poor to fine
1865/1905, The numeral cancellations, extensive collection in 5 volumes with hundreds of stamps and over 300 letters and cards, starting with Cape-triangles with 3 letters, block of four and pairs, afterwards much Boer War, censor marks, registered mail, letter from the sunken steamer 'Mexicana', Bechuanaland, Mashonaland,, etc. A very interesting object

1914/16, Anglo-French Occupation, collection of over twenty (20) used stamps and four covers, neatly mounted and mostly written up on album leaves, better items such as 1916 20sh. dark lilac/black on red paper (Mi 45), some registered covers with multiple frankings, mixed issue franking 1914 1d. with 1915 3d., 6d. and 1sh. tied by cds "LOME 17 5 17" to front of registered envelope to Switzerland, mostly very fine and attractive group, signed Calves (ex Mi.-Nr. 4/45)
1934/70, collection "TIN CAN MAIL" with 29 covers with emphasis up to 1940, including registered covers, interesting frankings and many different postmarks incl. Nebenstempel, throughout in good overall condition
