1869, POSTAGE on 3 d. blue, horizontal pair, tied to envelope with adjacent "DURBAN NATAL OCT 23 " (1870) to camp Poona, Bombay Presidency, with frontside "BOMBAY SHIP LETTER" and arrival mark. The envelope has been restored, franking in very fine condition. A scarce destination letter
1868, Coat of arms 4d. ultramarine tied by illegible cds. to combination cover with two horizontal strips of three and single Cape of Good Hope 1d. red and further single ½d. gray-black, all tied by cds. "CAPE -TOWN AU 11 80" to Wiesbaden, marked in blue crayon "2" for double weight cover with further strike of black "T" and charged with "160" Pfg., reverse with transit and arrival mark, some transportation wear, adhesives few imperfections, somewhat tones, nevertheless an remarkably attractive and rare entire, unsurprisingly, the majority of the other known examples were sent to the British Isles, thus a rare destination

1846 (ca.), "See-Brief", großer Ra., sauber auf Briefhülle mit rückseitigem Vermerk des Forwarders Delius "Erhalten aus Südaustralien wohin am 1 Juli die Patell (?) wieder abfährt", nach Hamburg, taxiert mit "7" Hamburger Schillingen. Ein seltener früher Brief aus Australien, der nicht über England lief.
1865, farblos durchstochen 3 Sgr. braunocker im waagerechten Paar und Einzelmarke je mit Nummer "300" auf kpl. Faltbrief mit nebengesetztem EKr. "HAMBURG TH. & T. 26 8" via Frankreich mit rotem Ra2 "APRES LE DEPART" nach Hongkong mit rückseitigem Ankunftsstempel. Die Einzelmarke mit zartem Eckbug links unten und rechte Marke mit Scherentrennung unten, insgesamt in guter Gesamterhaltung.
