"AGENZIA DEL LLOYD AUSTRIACO ALEPPO" sauber auf unbezahltem kpl. Brief 1858 von "TRIESTE 19/2" nach Aleppo, taxiert mit "12" Kreuzern 

1863, Vorläufer 2 So. gelb, 3 So. grün und 10 So. blau, mit klarem EKr. "ALEXANDRIEN 14/7"(1864) auf kpl. Faltbrief nach Triest. Der Umschlag leicht gereinigt und Frankatur mit wenigen kleinen Zähnungsfehlern, sonst gute Erhaltung. Eine sehr attraktive und extrem seltene 3-Farben-Frankatur. Signiert Enzo Diena mit Attest (1991)

1862/81, 20 Rp. orange und 30 Rp. blau, mit L1 "NEUKIRCH" und zusätzlichem Ortsstempel von Bürglen auf kompletter Faltbrief 1869 nach Kairo, befördert über Wien, Triest und Alexandria, hier zusätzlich frankiert mit Ägypten 1867, 1 Piaster rot, mit Stempel. "POSTE EGIZIANE ALESSANDRIA 12 NOV.69 3T." für die Beförderung von Alexandria nach Kairo durch die Ägyptische Post. Die 30 Centimes mit nicht störendem senkrechten Briefbug, sonst gute und frische Erhaltung. Eine sehr seltene Kombinationsfrankatur; es sind nur zwei weitere ähnliche Briefe aus der Schweiz registriert. Fotoattest Rellstab (1990)

"B01" on 4 d. vermilion, pl. 12 and 6 d. buff, pl. 11, with adjacent "CAIRO AP 18 78" on cover with preprinted address, via London to Cambridge, Massachusetts. Very fine and fresh

1867, 1 piastre red, tied by cds. "POSTE VICE-REALI EGEZIANE CAIRO 6 NOV. 68" to envelope with  additional franking Austrian Levante forerunner 1864, 15 kreuzer, tied by cds. "ALEXANDRIA 7/11", to LeipzigSaxony, with transit- and arrival marks. Small part of reverse flap missing, otherwise very fine and fresh. A rare combination cover. 1923, Mount Ararat 3 k. rose, 9 k. dark blue and Revenue 250 on 1 k., all tied by cds. "SUKHUMI 21 12 23" to registered envelope, undelivered and returned to Sukhumi, where the receiver handstamp "SUKHUMI 22 3. 24" was applied. Cover opened for display, shortened at right and small fault, otherwise fine and very rare usage of a fiscal stamp added to a re-addressed mail, certificate Ceresa (2014)

1922, USA George Washington 2 Cents mit Maschinenstempel "NEW YORK JUL.15.1922" auf Vordruckbrief "OCEAN LETTER" der Firma "Radio Comminucation Co. Ltd." und rückseitigem Absendervermerk "S/S Scythia" nach Hallowell, Maine. Der Umschlag mit leichten Beförderungsspuren im Rand, der bisher früheste bekannte "Ocean Letter"-Brief dieser Firma

1925, USA Theodore Roosevelt 5 Cents und Grover Cleveland 12 Cents mit stummen Stempel "NEW YORK C" auf R-Vordruckbrief "OCEAN LETTER" der Firma "Marconi International Marine Communication" mit Absenderangabe "SS Majestic" komplett mit Inhalt nach Baltimore mit Ankunftsstempel vom 18.8.1925. Der Umschlag mit kleinem Öffnungsfehler oben links, sonst in guter Gesamterhaltung

Regierungsjubiläum von König Georg V. 1 ½ Pence in Mischfrankatur mit USA Eilmarke 10 Cents je mit Dublex-Stempel "NEW YORK AUG 6.1935" auf Vordruckbrief "OCEAN-POSTE" der Firma "British Wireless Marine Service" nach Providence mit Ankunftsstempel. Der Umschlag mit kleinen Randfehlern, sonst in guter Gesamterhaltung, bisher einzig bekannte Zweiländer-Frankatur auf einem "Ozean"-Vordruckbrief

"COLONIAS", "SPECIMEN" and "ESPECIMEN", strong section of Turkey, also Syria, Egypt, Palestine, Irak and Persia, together with some meters and wrappers; some toning and mixed condition, a very scarce specialist group

NORWAY INCOMING MAIL: 1905/12, Coiling Dragons selection of four illustrated postcards and one cover, sent from Shanghai and Peking, interesting forwardings via British and French POs, some endorsed "Via Siberia", mostly very fine, scarce destination

1866/1912 Cuba, Puerto Rico, Philipines, Spain and US Postal Administration, a large mint and used stamp collecton, contained within a binder and a stock book, includes better values; 1 peseta 1870s mint, different years and values, scarce material, in generally fine condition, an excellent accumulation. 

1866/1957, used collection with stamps and covers, presented within two large albums, a stockbook and a small file, comprising a study from Turkish Provinces through to modern commemorative issues, includes scarcer early usages such as 5 pi. rose used on 1866 cover from Cairo to Alexandria, a 2 pi. blue used on 1870 wrapper to Cairo, noted a very attractive registered 1879 envelope franked with a vertical pair of 1 pi. rose, also a selection of Austrian, French, British and Italian Foreign Post Offices in Egypt, strong assortment of Aerial Post/Air Mail, with Zeppelin covers, some express mail, postal stationery, censored mail and postage dues, many complete used sets; a reasonably comprehensive assembly in mostly fine condition.
