NOBILE "ITALIA" ARTIC EXPEDITION: 1928, official folded lettersheet with crowned imprint at top left, graced with a selection of seventeen Italian adhesives neatly tied by cds. "R.N.C. DI MILANO * SPED. ARTICA 1928 * 25 5 28", alongside with straight two-line handstamp and the company black wax seal; May 25th was the day when the balloon Italia crashed. A fine and eye-appealing document, very scarce

"ISLANDFAHRT 1931": 30 a. red/green and 2 kr. brown/green, tied by cds. "REYKJAVIK 30. VI. 31" to registered envelope to Offenbach, endorsed "mit Luftschiff Graf Zeppelin!", green triangular cachet "ISLANDFAHRT 1931" alongside, reverse transit and arrival postmarks "OFFENBACH -4 7. 31.", very fine
SCHWEIZ: 1930, Vorarlbergfahrt, Karte mit Abwurf Bregenz. Ein seltenes Stück in sehr schöner Erhaltung.
SCHWEIZ: 1930, Vorarlbergfahrt, Karte mit Abwurf Bregenz. Frankatur entwertet am 5.5., also wahrscheinlich geplant für die Schweizfahrt am 13. Mai, aber erst später befördert. Eine interessante Variante.
