KALUGA: 1920, "P" bluish-violet handstamp overprint on 15 k., horizontal pair, neatly tied by cds. "KALUGA 16 5 22" to small piece, together with "P" on 10 k., used, very fine. Great postmaster provisional rarity, the pair illustrated in Geyfman, certificate Ceresa for both items (2014) (Geyfman 2, the 10 k. unrecorded)

KUSTANAI: 1920, "RUB" handstamp overprint on 15 k., block of four and single, tied by cds. "KUSTANAI 15 6. 20" to parcel card to Moscow, two archival pinholes and light vertical bend away from the adhesives, very fine and attractive (Geyfman-Nr. 22)

LUKOYANOV (NIZHNY NOVGOROD): 1920, "P" black handstamp overprint on 1k. horizontal pair, 2k., 3k., 5k. 7 k., all used, and 4 k. unused; 1 k. a few trimmed perfs, 3 k. one short perf and minor toning, otherwise very fine. An exceptional item of great rarity, illustrated in Geyfman, sign. and certificate Ceresa (2013) (Geyfman 4, 5)

1920, "K. 20K." on 14 k., variety "second K shifted down", vertical strip of four, tied by cds. "TOMSK 17 9 20" to money transfer card to Omsk, reverse arrival cds. "OMSK 21 9 20", correctly franked at 80 roubles for a money transfer of 4000 roubles (2%). Usual archival pinholes and a few squeezed perfs, of no importance, very fine. Those provisionals were possibly postal forgeries seized by the authorities and later put into use, rare usage, certificate Ceresa (2013) (Geyfman 1a)
