1841/1960 accumulation of hundreds of covers, contained within four large stock books, three files and a number of loose pages, including early stampless covers, India 1857 ½ a. blue, 1 a. red and 4 a. blue and red on covers, large quantity of Queen Victoria, King Edward VII and King George V India stamps on a variety of mailings internally and on destination mail, postal stationery, registered post, railway stamps, air mail, OHMS envelopes, censor mail, postage due material, noted 1936 Air Mail cover franked with block of six 1 a. from Lahore to Jerusalem, with Palestine stamps tied alongside postage due mark, also a number of 1911 First Aerial Post, India Embassy in Nepal, mixed condition with many fine, a very nice collection with a lot of scarce and rare material

1921/31, group of ten unused complete sheets, incl. Mi.-Nr. 195A+195K showing the tête-bêche at position 13, mostly fine and very scarce assembly (ex Mi.-Nr. 193A-228)

1923/27, interesting lot of 46 large-sized covers, mostly with mixed frankings India and Afghanistan, usual condition with some transportation wear

1926, three covers with combination franking with British India, cancelled at Landikhana 

1856/1943 (ca.), unused collection, neatly mounted and described on album pages, incl. Corrientes, Mi.-Nr. 4 and I in large blocks identified by types, later issues specialized with Colour Trials, some printed on thick cards, also "Muestra" overprints, etc., some photocopies throughout, some occasional faults, mostly fine

1887 Postal Stationery collection, contained within two hand-made leather bound volumes, mounted onto exhibition pages, very neatly written-up, includes mint and used examples, many superb items, a comprehensive and rare assembly, in mostly fine or better condition, an excellent collection.  Provenance: Ortiz-Patiño Collection, Spink Shreves, New York, 5 March 2008.

1878/1936, interesting unused and used collection starting with Large Dragons 1-5ca. used, 3c. two singles one with red "CUSTOMS PEKING", three unused and one used Red Revenue 1-4c. etc., good condition

1898 Exceptional group of nine covers, with better multi-franked examples, good town usages and cancels, including; Ghinchow, Hwankinden, Hantau, Paoting, Kalgan and Foochow, in very fine condition, an excellent lot. 

1906/1909 Postal history collection, contained within a book folder, comprising 56 picture postcards, an original correspondence from an engineer to Ballens, Switzerland, includes Yunnan Indochina route, with better frankings, mostly China stamps, different town origins, some Indochina, one registered, noted 34 rare square irregular types of small Chinese rural chops, content refers to MA KRA TIEN, Hokow, MA FAN TIEN, Lao Kay, an exceptional group seldom offered. 

NORWAY INCOMING MAIL: 1905/12, Coiling Dragons selection of four illustrated postcards and one cover, sent from Shanghai and Peking, interesting forwardings via British and French POs, some endorsed "Via Siberia", mostly very fine, scarce destination

1949/83, unused (hinged) or used collection, not complete in the beginning, but with many good items as Mei Lan-fang imperforated set, used, Red Monkey unused, souvenir sheets since 1978 unused, etc.

1866/1912 Cuba, Puerto Rico, Philipines, Spain and US Postal Administration, a large mint and used stamp collecton, contained within a binder and a stock book, includes better values; 1 peseta 1870s mint, different years and values, scarce material, in generally fine condition, an excellent accumulation. 

1857/1958 (ca.), selection of over 15 covers, incl. a group of earlier stampless maritime mail from La Havanna to New York, Boston or Bordeaux, mostly fine

1866/1957, used collection with stamps and covers, presented within two large albums, a stockbook and a small file, comprising a study from Turkish Provinces through to modern commemorative issues, includes scarcer early usages such as 5 pi. rose used on 1866 cover from Cairo to Alexandria, a 2 pi. blue used on 1870 wrapper to Cairo, noted a very attractive registered 1879 envelope franked with a vertical pair of 1 pi. rose, also a selection of Austrian, French, British and Italian Foreign Post Offices in Egypt, strong assortment of Aerial Post/Air Mail, with Zeppelin covers, some express mail, postal stationery, censored mail and postage dues, many complete used sets; a reasonably comprehensive assembly in mostly fine condition.

1866/1995 mint and unused collection comprising four albums, one stock book and a box file, presented as a study from the Turkish Provinces, including imperforate die proofs on white paper of the eight values, through to modern commemoratives stamps, predominately singles, although features multiples and larger blocks complimenting part or complete sets, a selection of King Fuad imperforate card proofs, 1933 Air Mail to 30 mi. in imperforate proof pairs, King Faruk perforation varieties, as well as control blocks, Scout souvenir sheets, etc. A vast assembly in mainly fine to prestine condition.
