1867, Wove paper, Medio real on white, horizontal pair, large margins, unused with fresh original gum, very fine. A great rarity; the only recorded multiple of this stamp with original gum. Certificate MEPSI (2004)
Medio real, block of four with large margins (one stamp cut out by opening), with oval handstamps of Guadalajara on reverse of entire letter to Mexico City. The entire slightly faulty on front and the upper letter fold separated and fixed by hinges. A unique multiple of this stamp, of which just seven entires have been recorded. Certificate MEPSI (2002)
Medio real, two copies, together with 1 r. on white , all cut round, tied by "FRANCA SAYULA" to entire letter of April 3rd, 1867, to Guadalajara. The entire with some faults, still fine and very rare; the earliest recorded usage of the medio real. Certificate MEPSI (2002)
1r. on grey-blue, horizontal merging pair, partly cut-to-shape, tied by oval "FRANCA SAYULA" to entire letter to Guadalajara, paying the single rate. Very fine and rare, just three such multiple frankings recorded. Certificate MEPSI (1998).
1r. on dark blue and 2 r. on green, both cut square but touched, tied by 'laureate' handstamp to letter sheet with adjacent "CORREO GUADALAJARA FBRO 24 1867" to Leon. Horizontal filing crease affecting the stamps slightly, still fine. Only five covers have been recorded bearing the 1 r. on dark blue, this is the earliest recorded usage of this stamp.

Un r. on blue, thin oblong quadrillé paper, unused vertical pair, stuck on entire letter with another pair which has been cancelled with infinity handstamp, from Guadalajara October 15, 1867 to Mexico City; correct postage for a letter between ½ and ¾ ounze of weight All stamps in fresh colour and with large margins. The uncancelled pair is the largest unused recorded multiple of this stamp, of which only one single unused copy has been recorded. A great rarity. (Centavos) für das mexikanische Porto (vom Empfänger eingezogen). Der Faltbrief mit Alterungsspuren bzw. Mängel in der Faltung und kleiner Fehlstelle links oben, sonst in guter Gesamterhaltung. 1856/1994, extensive used and unused collection in 8 albums, incl. maritime, special delivery and official stamps, strength in the early issues with shades, paper and overprint types, interesting postmarks and sub-offices marks like Mazatlan and Durango, some better items like Mi.-Nr. 24III unused (signed Pfenninger), Mi.-Nr. 284 Die Proofs on thin paper (2), also some large multiples, overall fine to very fine, an attractive specialist´s assembly
1856/1900 accumulation of used and mint, assembled in two stock books, eight stock card boxes and a number of stock cards, hundreds of examples much duplication, additionally a quantity of early covers and postal stationery, contained within five small folder albums and a numerous loose wallets, condition is mixed throughout with better and finer examples, sufficiently comprehensive in coverage from Mi. 1 onwards, with many Hidalgo imperf. and rouletted issues, selection of Maximilian on and off cover, similarly a range of laters issues, due to volume a variety of overprints, includes pairs, multiples and blocks, large sheet on 1896 large format cover, diverse array of postmarks, also a mint collection of 1884/1904 postal stationery mounted on album pages, nice range of destinations with some combination examples, including overseas, small study on Porte De Mar with notes on forgeries, a very useful lot.
