ROUXVILLE, O.R.C.” with pencilled initials, very fair strike of the double oval handstamp in violet to a mourning envelope from “ROUXVILLE NO 21 (19)00” to a prisoner of war detained in the Diyatalawa camp in Ceylon, reverse transit cds. “COLOMBO DE 25 00”, back flap missing and one adhesive torned, still fine and attractive. A very rare censor handstamp
