Note: From June 30, 1919, to August 19, 1919, the field post office served the stage formations of the German VI Reserve Corps in the Windau area ("Grenzschutz Ost")

"Stomersee", red straight line, five clear strikes to reverse of registered cover with Russia 2 kopek green (4) and 10 kopek blue (5) to Russia with red double line "13.MAP.1919 Стомерзее" and registered label on front, undeliverable and retour with red arrival postmark, rare (H.v.H. 254.1, 254.2, 254.4)

1919, Stempelmarka with reddish overprint “PASTMARKA”, 15  kap orange, five singles and horizontal pair together with 30 kap imperforated, three singles, all tied by cds. “ELEJA” with handwritten date “20.X.19” to registered cover to Mitau wit arrival mark. Reverse with note “For stamps that are not available, tax stamps that have been altered by overprinting. - The head of Elley's postal department”, minor imperfection, otherwise fine and very interesting item
