1918, Flower issue 15 kopeks greenish-blue, perforated L 11½ on all sides, together with horizontal pair 5 kopeks, tied by cds. “TALLINN -5.9.19” to cover, containing most likely proof sheets, addressed to the the printing house Bergmann in Tartu with arrival mark on reverse, the cover folded once and minor againg, otherwise very fine. One of the great rarities of Estonian philately, with only 5 known covers bearing that stamp, certificate Löbbering BPP (2016)

Only 2 sheets with imperforated 10penni were inadvertently sold in Tartu, ProFi has registered only three covers bearing the 10p. imperforated, one of the great rarities of Estonia, detailed certificate Löbbering BPP (2016)
