1892 cover from Poonch to Rawalpindi (Pakistan) franked with 1/2 anna red on white paper tied by concentric of square cancel with two boxed "POSTAGE DUE / ONE ANNA" strikes to indicate that Imperial postage of 1/2 anna had not been paid and hence twice the deficiency (1 anna) was levied.
