14 July 1920 cover franked with 1/2 a dull blue on medium wove paper (cliché 4) imperf tied by Barwani cds. with manuscript annotation by sender "14/7/20". Experts believe that this is Barwani's 2nd 1/2 a stamp, different from the 1st stamp (SG 2) being that the 1st issue of Barwani (SG 1 and 2) were issued perforated whereas the 2nd issue of Barwani (SG 1a and 2ab) were issued imperf. Furthermore, the ink shades are different, the 1st 1/2 a stamp (SG 2) was printed in deep ultramarine whereas this stamp is printed in dull blue. BPA certificate
