1861/62, Third London Printing 10 c. bright blue on blued paper, 3 sides with good two large margins, tied to letter sheet with adjacent red "VALDIVIA CHILE 20 NOV. 67" via Panama and London to Witzenhausen in the German province of Hesse; rated in England "2/3" and taxed in Germany with a total of "26" silbergroschen.
