KAZGAN: 1863, cover to Ruscuk, franked with Tughra postage due 2 pia. red-brown and 20 pa. red-brown, cancelled upon arrival by „Battal“ handstamp. The 20 pa. affected lightly by 2 creases (one just touching the control band), still a very fine letter with rare franking. Opinion Todd AIEP
