"LOME TOGOGEBIET 1/10 14" to small piece, the right stamp few pulled perfs at top, overall an attractive pair, the small imperfections of no importance, the only available multiple of this stamp, with only one unused block of four known which resides in the Royal Collection, certificate RPSL (1968)
