1406/1860 (ca.), massive postal history collection with circa 800 stampless covers, strength with Republic of Venetia, starting with 1406 entire from Venezia, 1456 and 1524 "Cito, Cito" from Milano and Bergamo, 1594 forwarded letter from Turin, followed by a strong assembly of the Republic of Venice with many better items from the 18th century, some scarce postmarks with 1722 "SS.L.F.D.BR", 1785 "SAN VITO", 1781 red "PADOVA", 1767 red "BASAN", 1784 ornamental "CFC", 1746 ornamental "PORTOGRUARO" (Vollmeier Type 48), two rare mails from the Perarolo Post, some scarce incoming mail with 1709 Corfu, 1710 Caneat, 1748 Smirne, many annotations and taxes, etc., as to be expected some occasional forged postmarks noted. A delightful connoisseur´s assembly in overall good condition, many signed Paolo Vollmeier or illustrated in his opus "Republica di Venezia", in 16 albums
