1851/1986 (ca.), mint never hinged/unused and mostly used balance of a collection, incl. Officials, Revenues, Locals and Confederate States, strength before the 1940s, with many duplicates, some large multiples and an abundance of eccllectic material, also a few questionable items. Some occasional faults as to be expected, mostly in good and fresh condition, neatly housed in three stockbooks
