KARGOPOL: 10 kopeck brown & blue, clear at upper right, otherwise large margins, tied by pre-philatelic straight-line "KARGOPOL" with manuscript date "26 April", to lettersheet (side flaps partly reduced) to Onega. Very fine and extremely rare; one of just 2 No.1 entires recorded from this small village and one of very few No.1-covers with a combination of cancellation and manuscript date.
