1906, provisional type set issue 1 ch. with perforation on 2 sides together with 2 ch. in strip of 6 and single stamp and 3 ch. in strip of 6, strip of 3 (central stamp with "POSTES" inverted) and single and 1904, 9 ch. on 1 kr. (2), all tied by oval "SULTANABAD ARAK 1-9-90" to front and reverse of sealed large registered envelope to Bombay, 3 stamps affected by cover crease and in general some light creasing and toning; a remarkable franking (Sadri no. 374A, 376f etc.)
