6 d. grey-lilac, slightly cut-into at lower left, otherwise clear to wide margins in combination with ½ d. perforated in horizontal strip of 3, all tied by light numeral "30" with clear adjacent "PETERBORO SP 26 1859" to envelope to Ireland with several transit and arrival marks on reverse; on front clear "PAID LIVERPOOL COL PACKET 12 OC 59"; reverse seal cut out; a very fine cover and unique example of this outstanding franking.
