1865: 10 c. violet, a fine sheet marginal example in a bright shade, used with vertically bisected example on January 19, 1866 entire letter to Bogotá to pay the 15 centavos rate (addressed to Froilan Largacha, President of Colombia and later Secretary of the Treasury under General Mosquera), neatly cancelled by 'Santander' manuscript cancellation.
