10 c. black in bloc of 4, nice colour and good to large margins all around, used with lightly applied circle of 9 bars of Luxembourg; small scissors cut between the stamps and faint vertical crease in the left pair; only few blocs of 4 are known, signed Bühler and Goebel, certificate Böttger BPP (Prifix 1f)
