"BORGA 18 2 1866" with identical cds. alongside on cover front sent at a moderated rate to Jyväskylä with boxed arrival mark "ANK 21/2" and handwritten "1½" (moderated rate +50% due to the weight). A very rare franking bearing the two values of the 1860 issue together on cover
