1649, dated 10.4., entire letter written by Colonel Prince Moncada to Prince Octaviano Piccolomini, from Bruges to Pressburg “oder wo er anzutreffen”. Taxis-carried via Cologne, Frankfurt, Würzburg, Nuremberg to Rötz and from there with die Kaiserlichen Hofpost via Prague to Pressburg (Bratislawa). Nice seal on reverse “Moncada”. Historical letter concerning the petition Moncadas, Piccolimini should held intercession to the Emperor, not to dissolve his regiment with regard to his successes in the 30-years-war
