1931, Red Cross 10s., proof, block of four, bottom margin with marginal bar. Re-use of marginal bars: the identical white errors on the marginal bar on the 5 S. and the 10 S. proofs (previous lot) show that, after printing a value, the marginal bars must have been removed from the printing form and then re-used for the printing of other values of the Red Cross issue, mint never hinged, fine (Hurt/Ojaste  G:1)
