At left violet ‘LEGATION DE CHILE BOGOTA’, black oneliner "PAQUEBOT" alongside, to New York with arrival mark on reverse 26.8.1902. Vertical fold, otherwise fine. Text on reverse: “This envelope was sent during Colombian insurrections.
