1921, Foreign affairs fiscal stamp 5 pia. bright-green typo overprinted 1337, used diagonally BISECT on cover together with 20 pa. Hejaz, performing 3 Pia. rate, stamps uncut, ‘ANGORA 21.7.21’ cds. to Eskishehir, tiny border toned and little shortened on top, otherwise fine and a very scarce mixed and bisect usage of two rare stamps on cover.
