1884/90, 1 k. orange and 2 k. green, tied by blue cds. of Saloniki to opened out envelope, originally sent to Athen, where postage due stamps 1875/76, 5 l. and 40 l. were applied, the cover was re-adressed to Constantinople, franked with small Hermes Head 5 l. perforated in pair, in Constantinople again redirected with German post 20 pa. cancelled "CONSTANTINOPLE 1 10/10 98" to Tara-Zagora, Bulgaria, again charged with postage due 5 copies 1896, 5 st. orange and redirected again with 1892, 25 st. pale-blue to Salonik with arrival mark of the Turkish post, then passed to the Russian PO and here finally franked for the local delivery; a most unusual cover, certificate Holcombe
