1/- pale yellow-green on blued paper, horizontal pair with good to enormous margins and part of adjoining stamp at left and top left, neatly cancelled with a centrally placed strike of numeral "10" of Wellington, very attractive and for sure one of the finest pairs extant, certificate BPA.
