JOHN NEW BRUNSWICK JA .. 1855" and "PACKET LETTER" to London , also manuscript "2" for 2 d. (= 3 d. currency) charge to be collected at delivery; a fine letter and supposed to be the unique example of 15 pence letter rate (so-called 'Crimean war rate) via the US to England; certificates Philatelic Foundation (1959 and 1991).
