1870 (Dec 9): Ballon monté to Moscow, Napoleon laureated 80 c. rose, tied by star shaped mute mark of Paris to small sized entire letter (stamp glued over the edge) with framed "PD" and "PARIS 6 DEC 70 (60)" despatch cds in black alongside, sent with the ballon "Le Général-Renault" (ballon no. 41) via Prussia to Moscow.
