Transit of British P.O. ST.-THOMAS in black (Oct 31) and KINGSTON / JAMAICA cds in black (Nov 15) and thence via Santa Marta to Bogotá with oval framed SANTAMARTA / DEBE (unpaid) in blue and handstruck '3' charge marking in blue at left.
