1870, Ceres 10 c. bistre, diagonal bisect used together with 20 c. blue, both tied by GC "2046" to lettersheet from "LILLE 17 SEPT 74" to Quintin with transit and arrival marks; the 20 c. small corner faults, the envelope tiny tear at top and some minor staining; an attractive and scarce franking, signed Goebel and Calves with certificate (1979), certificate RPS (1960)
