1897/1899, Mozaffar-eddin Shah Qajar Issue on white and blue paper, approximately 192 covers franked with various denominations ranging from a ch. through 1 k., including scarce 8 ch. and 16 ch. values, a mixture of the 1897 white paper issue and the 1899 blue paper issue, several 1 kr. stamps from both issues on cover, a very nice collection
