1853: 80 c. carmine on yellowish, a superb large margined example used on 1857 cover to 'Hong Kong ou Macau' endorsed 'voie de Suez', tied by '441' petit chiffres with corresponding Bordeaux cds alongside (June 20). Framed 'P.P.' in red on front and reverse with three French transits including Marseilles (June 22) and HONG KONG double arc arrival cds (Aug 6) in black. Signed Goebel.
