7 kop. blue together with court revenue stamp 15 kop. tied by Vilna cds (Jun 4, 1914) on registered cover  to Gudogai Vilna Gubernia (Jun 5). For court documents only the registration fee of 7 kop. had to be paid and the postman received 15 kop.
