1897, red revenue 2c. on 3 c., tied by clear brownish black "CUSTOMS SHANGHAI MAY 15 1897" to small envelope to Canton, endorsed "Pr. first steamer"; on reverse clear oval arrival mark "IMPERIAL POST OFFICE CANTON / 22 MAY 1897"; the stamp shows a faint impression of a violett oval rubber handstamp, most likely a security marking; some minor toning in few perfs, otherwise extremely fine; a very attractive and rare cover, never been on the market before
1932, Shanghai Emergency Postal Service, unused label for 1 letter of 1 ounce, scarce
1892, 20 c. brown tied by blue cds. "LOCAL POST SHANGHAI" to red band cover, very fine
