1861/67, 30 c. orange and 3 c. pink (straight-edge at right), tied by circle of bars to envelope with adjacent red "NEW BEDFORD MASS. PAID JAN 13" to Mangonui, New Zealand with Auckland arrival mark on front; the envelope skillfully repaired at top; an attractive and scarce franking to a very unusual destination.
