10 c. black, 2 horizontal strips of 5, both with clear to mostly large margins, tied by target cancel to in- and outside of folded envelope, first sent as quintuple rate letter from "REDANGE 20 XI 1855" to Diekirch and afterwards from "DIEKIRCH 22 NOV. 55" returned; 2 stamps with light creases and one stamp small tear at top, otherwise fine and fresh; one of the most outstanding covers of the first issue, sign.
