1922, Proof overprints by Dollard printing house, blue overprint on thin whitish paper, block of four from the upper sheet margin, position 5-6 and 17-18, this block originates from a former block of 24 which presumably was destroyed during the civil war 1922, very fine and rare, detailed certificate Hamilton-Bowen BPP Provenance: Marquess of Bute (R.
