1914: 14.10., Italien Freimarke 25 C. mit Stempel  "GENOVA PONTE BI SAVIGNORE 14.OTT.14" auf Brief an eine deutsche Empfängerin in Daressalam bzw. Zanzibar mit handschriftlichen Vermerk "Please forward" und rückseitigem Ankunfsstempel "ZANZIBAR 11.DEZ.14", sehr seltene Post über italienische Vermittler (vermutlich über Leupold Fratelli, Genua), die Empfängerin war die Ehefrau von Lothar Bohlen, Direktor der D.O.A.L., Umschlag links mit Einriss und Beförderungsspuren im Rand, 1914: 14.10, Italian postage stamp 25 c. tied by cds. "GENOVA PONTE BI SAVINORE 14.OTT.14" to cover to a German addressee in Daressalam resp. Zanzisbar with handwritten endorsement "Please forward" and arrival mark "ZANZIBAR 11.DEZ.14 on reverse, very scarce mailing over the Italian coopertativ forwarding company (presumably Leupold Fratelli, Genua), the addressee was the wife of Lothar Bohlen, director of the D.O.A.L., cover with tear and small crease at margins
