"LUXEMBOURG 23 NOV. 69" to lettersheet to Nancy (one side flap missing and paper partly split in the folds); the franking had been lifted and a crease in 1 c. pressed, the pair with small faults, the scarce 4 c. in fine condition; an attractive and rare colour franking, certificate Böttger BPP (2016)
