1860 (ca.), Essay of proposed postage control stamp for unpaid letters from mail-boxes, inscribed "Porto Kontroll Stämpel för obetaldte Låd-Bref.", printed on gummed paper, very fine and fresh; This specimen is  the only recorded in private hands; 2 copies are in the possession of the postal museum.
